Speech Language Pathologist in Houston, TX

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician is sought for the 2026-2027 school year in Katy, TX, approximately 30 minutes west of Houston. This contract position is onsite and offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with pediatric students in a dynamic public school environment. While full-time availability is preferred, part-time candidates may be considered if they are able to commit to 2-4 full days weekly. Please note that part-day schedules and positions focused solely on assessment or supervision are not available.


Key Qualifications:

• CCC-SLP certification or CFY status required; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) will be considered starting April.
• Previous experience in public schools is preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations is required.
• Ability to work onsite in a school setting.
• Flexibility to work full or multiple consecutive full days if part-time.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in compliance with individual education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
