- Strong experience with Next.js, React, and Java
- Good knowledge of SQL databases (preferably MySQL) and MongoDB
- Experience in fullstack application development
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Experience with API development and system integrations
- Knowledge of application performance, scalability, and security
- Hands-on experience with unit testing and code reviews
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead teams and mentor developers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Lead the design and development of scalable fullstack applications
- Build and maintain applications using Next.js, React, Java, MySQL, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security
- Review code and maintain high engineering standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Guide and mentor developers within the team
- Participate in solution design, estimation, and sprint planning
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Stay updated with new technologies and recommend improvements
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases
- Drive continuous improvement in development and delivery processes
