We are hiring dependable, hardworking Vacuum Truck Technicians / General Laborers to support industrial cleaning projects at cement and lime plants.

This is a physically demanding position ideal for candidates who are safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable performing heavy manual labor.

We are hiring dependable, hardworking Vacuum Truck Technicians / General Laborers to support industrial cleaning projects at cement and lime plants.
Responsibilities
- Set up, connect, and break down industrial vacuum hoses, pipes, and equipment
- Assist vacuum truck operators with removal of powders, sludge, water, clinker, and debris
- Perform industrial cleanup and general labor
- Clean trucks, tanks, tools, and equipment after jobs
- Follow all MSHA, OSHA, PPE, and jobsite safety requirements
- Work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
- Must be able to lift, pull, and carry 75-100 lbs consistently
- Dependable transportation required
- Comfortable working outdoors and in dusty industrial environments
- Must be able to bend, kneel, stand, and perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods
- Must be available for overtime, nights, and weekends when required
- Prior construction, mining, manufacturing, cement plant, or heavy labor experience is preferred
- MSHA certification required; training and certification will be provided for hired candidates who are not currently certified
- No personal cell phone use while working or on active jobsites
