What You’ll Be Doing As the Assistant Floor Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly while maintaining the warm and welcoming atmosphere that Pasta Sisters is known for. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising daily floor operations to ensure excellent service and efficiency. Supporting and motivating team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Assisting in managing staff schedules and ensuring proper coverage during shifts. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. Collaborating with the management team to maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and overall service. Upholding and promoting the values and culture of Pasta Sisters. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you’ll need: 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and inspire a team. A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with ease.
