Manager, Global HR Compliance and U.S. Immigration (Fully Remote)

Manage company policies, identifying global compliance gaps and developing new policies. Partner with regional HRBPs and Legal on compliance projects. Serve as process owner for HR internal controls and audit documentation. HR Operations: Ensure compliance of HR practices and manage onboarding/offboarding compliance. Partner with HR Technology for system changes and data governance. Train global HR teams on workflows and processes. U.S. Immigration: Directly manage U.S. immigration case load. Design immigration programs and consult with managers on best practices. Coordinate with Finance for program funding and act as contact with immigration law firm. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. 4-5 years managing an HR team or progressive HR generalist experience. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
