Texas-Based | Full-time or Part-time/Per-diem What We’re Looking For: Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred. Holds (or are eligible for) a valid Texas OT license Masters Degree or Doctorate Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop their professional expertise What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed Benefits Include: Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K with company match Student loan pay-down assistance Paid sick days, mental health, and wellness days Opportunity for school-based calendar, summers off!
