Pest Control Inspector

Overview This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. As a Pest Control Inspector with Saela, you'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job. Responsibilities What You'll Do: Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals Build long-term customer relationships Manage your schedule and follow-up activities Deliver exceptional customer service You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals We Offer: Average earnings from $90,000 to $140,000 annually Guaranteed base pay for the first four months of employment Uncapped commissions and opportunities for increased sales commissions each year Annual bonus opportunities Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other voluntary benefits are available 401(K) with company match and a generous employee stock purchase program Company vehicle and fuel card Cell phone reimbursement Annual sales incentive trips for top performers Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Why Saela? Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Exceptional verbal communication skills Excellent time management skills Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success Valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications: Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required: Pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
