Controller

We are looking for a Controller to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with the company's overall strategy and goals. Manage the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, including the development of long-term financial projections and annual budgets. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to the executive team on key business decisions. Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization. Prepare financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory agencies. Monitor the company's financial performance and provide regular updates to the executive team. Manage the company's cash flow and ensure that adequate funds are available to meet operating needs. Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role 8+ years of accounting experience Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis software. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
