We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Decatur location (1948 E. Eldorado St.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, bringing exceptional service directly to our customers' doorsteps. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring timely and professional deliveries while building positive relationships with our community.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the Decatur area
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient time management and on-time arrivals
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and mileage logs
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and courtesy
• Inspect vehicle condition daily, perform routine maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Handle packages and products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe driving record
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback
• Organize and load vehicles efficiently to maximize delivery capacity and minimize handling time
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related issues with a collaborative approach

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving history
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery use
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping tools
• Physical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages (up to 50 lbs regularly)
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Positive attitude, resilience, and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and responsibility for vehicle upkeep
• Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team communication
