Schedule: Flexible shifts available Monday through Sunday Create your own work schedule Commit to a minimum number of hours weekly or bi-weekly Key Responsibilities: Conduct structured annual home health risk assessments for Medicare Advantage participants Review and evaluate patients current and previous medical histories, conditions, and medication usage Educate patients about their medical issues and prescribed medications Identify gaps in care and provide actionable recommendations for resolution No requirement for developing treatment plans or prescribing medications Qualifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NC Current BLS (CPR) certification Board Certified through AANP or ANCC At least 6 months of recent Nurse Practitioner experience (preferred) MSN from an accredited nursing program This role offers a competitive rate of $80-$90 for each evaluation, supplemented with a mileage stipend and compensated administrative time, rewarding both your time and expertise.
