Lawn Health Care Technician

Responsibilities

• Complete a daily route of 15–20 stops, servicing both residential and commercial properties throughout the Denver Metro area
• Apply fertilizers, fungicides, and pesticides safely and in accordance with Department of Agriculture standards
• Accurately mix and handle chemicals for lawn applications
• Drive and operate spray vehicles (such as F-350 trucks or Promaster vans) safely, including in urban and downtown areas
• Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure safe and effective operation
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all applications and services performed each day
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members as needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable driving trucks or vans in both urban and suburban settings
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a growth-oriented mindset
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail

Compensation

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience). Paid weekly. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional later days during peak season and occasional weekend work as needed. Seasonal employment runs through late October or early November, with the possibility of year-round work.
