MLR is working closely with a trusted healthcare system in South Carolina to hire a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent role in their Orthopedics department.

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Full-time, permanent LPN specializing in orthopedic care.
• Provide patient care for those with orthopedic conditions, including wound management and post-operative assistance.
• Administer medications and collaborate with physicians, RNs, and the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery, and rehabilitation processes.
• Monitor patient recovery and document care in compliance with healthcare standards.

LPN - Orthopedics Requirements:

• Licensure: Active LPN license in South Carolina or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience: Preferred experience in orthopedics; new graduates interested in orthopedics are also encouraged to apply.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
