Work schedule
- Prepare fresh vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to our secret recipes
- Ability to roll dough balls using hands with good dexterity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station
- Assist in inventory management, product stocking, and rotation
- Recording temps, waist, and daily progress
- Support the kitchen team to ensure timely and delicious food preparation
- Encourage staff to hit goals and follow procedures
