️ We’re Hiring a Service Manager at Sea Breeze Harley-Davidson! We are on the hunt for a results-driven, experienced Service Manager to lead our service department and ensure every Harley that leaves our shop is ready for the open road. What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and service advisors.
- Maximize shop efficiency and profitability.
- Deliver an exceptional, “customer-first” service experience.
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and parts inventory.
- 3+ years of management experience (dealership, powersports, or auto repair preferred).
- Strong understanding of technician workflow and profitability metrics.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for the ride (motorcycle endorsement is a plus!).
