What we are looking for: Strong knowledge and aptitude in Electrical work/contracting Ability to lead through inspiration and influence Strong working knowledge of lean construction principles Strong critical thinking skills with a safety-first mindset Strong integrity, work ethic, and pride in quality Desire to make a difference Basic Qualifications: Journeyman or Masters License or equivalent education and experience Knowledge and utilization of the NEC. Understand and follow the Project Specifications. Be production oriented with an emphasis on quality Ability to read and interpret drawings.
