Key Product Specialist Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance to customers on cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects
- Share firsthand knowledge and experiences to address customer concerns and enhance product understanding
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product availability
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and professional environment
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner
- Support the management team with operational tasks as needed
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in the industry or related fields is a plus
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, cannabis is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
