$75,000 - $105,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored solutions.

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to provide clients with personalized strategies for wealth management and insurance.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement financial plans that align with their long-term goals.

• Stay informed about industry trends and product innovations to offer clients the most current and effective financial solutions.

• Educate clients on insurance options and investment opportunities, empowering them to make informed decisions.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand a client base and grow your practice.

• Utilize analytical skills to evaluate financial data and provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in creating and implementing customized financial plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Ability to gather, assess, and analyze complex financial data to provide strategic recommendations.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive outreach and trust-building.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial strategies and solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools to enhance client service and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the financial industry.
