We are seeking an experienced HR Strategy & Operating Model Consultant to help organizations align their people, processes, and organizational structures with broader business objectives.

The role will also support HR technology strategy, process design, and HR transformation initiatives focused on improving efficiency, employee experience, and overall HR effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support HR strategies and target operating models aligned with business objectives.

• Assess current HR organizations, processes, roles, and structures and identify improvement opportunities.

• Design future-state HR operating models, processes, and organizational structures .

• Support HR technology strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

• Translate business and HR requirements into actionable process and technology solutions.

• Work with HR, business, and technology stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.

• Support process redesign, change initiatives, and implementation planning.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in HR Strategy, HR Operating Model Design, or HR Transformation .

• Experience designing HR processes, organizational structures, and target operating models.

• Understanding of HR technology strategy and digital HR transformation .

• Strong business process analysis and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Consulting experience with enterprise HR organizations is preferred.
