What You’ll Do Screening, assessment, and goal development Delivering one-on-one and group sessions in our outpatient clinics and the community Recommending and coordinating supporting services Building strong relationships with clients and their families How You’ll Benefit You’ll earn a competitive salary starting at $47,000- 60,000 based on your experience plus a Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm OR Monday-Thursday, 8:30 am-6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am-1:00 pm work schedule with some evening flexibility for program and client needs. This position is on-site. We also offer competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions. We are a Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifier Bonus is paid out in equal installments at the successful completion of 30 and 90 days What We’re Looking For To join our team as a licensed clinician, you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an outpatient setting, be able to work independently and be adept at problem-solving and de-escalation in times of crisis.
