Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, this role will support a highly collaborative Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, maintaining ATS records, and assisting with recruiting operations.

Day to Day
- Coordinate candidate interviews
- Manage scheduling logistics
- Maintain ATS records
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates
- Organize recruiting documentation
- Support recruiting operations projects
- Assist with administrative tasks
Requirements
- 2+ years Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or Recruiting Support experience
- Experience scheduling interviews
- Advanced Outlook skills
- Microsoft Teams experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills

Compensation: $25/hr - $32/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
