Logistics Coordinator

Working Tuesday to Saturday from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM EST, the full-time Logistics Coordinator will manage incoming customer requests, process critical shipments using proprietary logistics software, and communicate effectively with customers and agents in a dynamic call center environment. Key responsibilities: Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, and website with urgency and attention to detail Process, monitor, and manage critical customer shipments for various industries using logistics management software Meet required team metrics and stay current on all required training Required qualifications: At least 1 year of customer service experience High school diploma or GED and must be at least 18 years old Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM Knowledge of US and world geography and time zones is preferred Call center experience is preferred
