The company's diverse portfolio includes many of the world's most iconic and trusted media brands, including Cosmopolitan, ELLE, Esquire, Good Housekeeping, Harper's BAZAAR, Popular Mechanics, and Runner's World, as well as enthusiast titles like Car and Driver and Road & Track.Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)Prepare auction listings by organizing seller-submitted data and photos in accordance with Bring a Trailer standardsCoordinate with sellers and internal teams to incorporate updates and ensure listing accuracy and completenessServe as the primary point of contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase, delivering timely and professional communicationProvide high-quality customer support by answering questions, offering guidance, and addressing concerns with empathyManage and prioritize a high-volume pipeline of listings at various stages to meet daily production goalsTrack listings through internal systems and act as the subject matter expert on each listing's historyCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from listing creation to auction launchContribute to special projects and process improvements as neededQualifications (What We're Looking For)2+ years of experience in customer support, content production, technical writing, automotive services, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to present detailed information clearly and accuratelyExcellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset and a professional, approachable communication styleHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and build trust with stakeholdersProblem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges independently while knowing when to escalateInterest in or knowledge of collector cars and automotive culture; hands-on automotive experience is a plusAdaptable, proactive, and eager to support evolving team and business needsThis is a full-time position that can be done remotely. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
