This is the team for you.As a Client Service Delivery Specialist within the InstaMed team at JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in our service center operations by delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. You will address client inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to refer services based on client needs. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of JPMorganChase products, services, policies, procedures, and established guidelines to resolve problems, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the overall client experience. You will plan and manage your work effectively, making decisions within defined procedures, while continuing to develop skills in strategic planning, digital literacy, and process automation to support operational objectives.
