Customer Service Representative

We're hiring a Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable and growing company in Buford.

This role supports customer service, office administration, inventory tracking, shipping/receiving, and vendor account activities. Pay rate is $23.84/hr. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via phone and email
• Create and maintain reports, records, and documentation
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and data entry
• Process vendor invoices and support account management
• Manage office supply inventory and ordering
• Support onboarding activities and general office operations
• Perform filing, scanning, mail distribution, and other administrative duties
• Process customer quotes, orders and works to establish relationships with customers.
• Prioritizes concurrent customers' demands and provides satisfactory service to all.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of customer service, administrative, or office support experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• QuickBooks experience preferred
