Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:
- Provide clients and internal business partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to questions and inquiries at the point of contact.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support while handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Accurately authenticate clients, follow established policies and procedures, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to research accounts, resolve customer concerns, and document interactions effectively.
Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume customer-facing environment.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong grammar, and the ability to professionally interact with clients, peers, and management.
- Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing priorities, and perform well under pressure.

- Shift: Full-time, Onsite (Training Schedule: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM Eastern Time; schedule may vary after training)

Training Information:
- Comprehensive classroom-style training conducted by experienced trainers.
- Training duration ranges from 5 to 7 weeks.
- On-the-job training (OJT) provided by certified mentors and subject matter experts.
- Representatives can expect to handle approximately 40-60 calls per day once fully trained and onboarded.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
