Summary The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while maximizing sales for assigned beauty brands. This role combines customer service, beauty education, and sales leadership, building customer relationships both in-store and digitally. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals. Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools. Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and support a welcoming team environment. Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training. Requirements Passion for customer service, beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare. Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills. Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
