Provide superior homecare for individuals to improve quality of life. Assist the immediatesupervisor with tasks to support department operations Demonstrate effectiveoral and written communication skills Continually evaluatingthe patients’ needs which includes assessments, diagnose(s) andinterventions according to their individualized plan of care. Preparing accurate,orderly and timely reports, documenting while maintaining confidentialityin all aspects of the job. Provide emotional andpsychological support when needed.
