CNA / Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) Hiring Immediately$16/hr Starting Pay + $600 Sign-On Bonus + Flexible Schedules

Looking for a stable, rewarding caregiving job where your work truly matters? BrightStar Care is hiring CNAs, Caregivers, and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide high-quality, in-home support for seniors and adults throughout Oakland County, MI.

We are hiring immediately for flexible shifts including full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends, and live-in opportunities .

What Youll Do:

Youll provide essential non-medical and personal care that helps clients remain safe and independent at home:

Assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Meal preparation and feeding support
Medication reminders
Light housekeeping and laundry
Mobility support and transfers
Companionship and emotional support
Transportation to appointments and errands
Observing and reporting client condition changes
Following individualized care plans

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year caregiving experience required
CNA certification preferred (not required for experienced caregivers)
High school diploma or GED
CPR certification required
Negative TB test or chest X-ray
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility needs

Ideal Candidates Have Experience As:

Home Health Aide (HHA)
Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Patient Care Assistant
