• Operate and monitor production machinery following established procedures and training.
• Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
• Support multiple manufacturing departments based on production needs.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic measurements and quality checks using production tools and equipment.
• Accurately enter production and inventory information into computer systems.
• Review work orders, production schedules, and part specifications.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, when required (training provided).
• Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

This position is based in a manufacturing facility where employees work with production equipment, materials, and computer systems to support daily operations. The environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and focused on quality and safety. This is a Contract position based out of Morton, Illinois 61550.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
