Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior SDET with strong expertise in UI Testing to join a dynamic team at Client. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing robust automated test frameworks and executing comprehensive testing strategies for web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and other UI testing tools.
Perform UI testing across multiple browsers and platforms to ensure consistent user experience.
Conduct REST API testing and validate integration points between services.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
Execute integration testing to validate end-to-end workflows and system interactions.
Identify, document, and track bugs; work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of test automation practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 9 years of experience in software testing and automation.
Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or similar UI automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
Proficiency in REST API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
Solid understanding of integration testing methodologies.
Experience with test frameworks and scripting languages (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be local to O'Fallon, MO - no relocation or remote options.
