We partnered with one of the largest independent full-service accounting and consulting firms in the Chicagoland area with over 100 years of successful clint service. They are a well-established firm who has been built through pure organic growth, without a single merger in their existence.

- Work on multiple engagements in various industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Real Estate, Construction, Tech, Start-Ups and more.
- First year seniors 70% review and 30% preparation, experienced seniors 100% review of tax returns for Partnerships (1065), and S and C-corps (1120), Individuals (1040) and others, as assigned.
- Handle routine client tax questions, research tax issues, and work with clients to collect necessary information for tax return completion and compliance.
- Assist in tax field exams and any tax notice resolutions.
- Recognize and inform senior management of opportunities to increase level and types of services to clients.
- Assist with training and developing staff and interns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Eligible to sit (with 150 credit hours) or working towards obtaining CPA.
- 2+ years of experience in public accounting industry at a mid-market firm.
