What You’ll Do As an integral part of our multidisciplinary therapy team, you will: Provide direct 1:1 occupational therapy services to children with autism. Evaluate children referred by their BCBA for fine motor, gross motor, sensory integration, self-help skills, and functional life skills. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals. Collaborate with families, clinical teams, and educators to maximize functional outcomes. Work closely with clients’ BCBAs, RBTs, and classroom teachers to support consistent skill development. Maintain a Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) with minimal travel requirements. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Current South Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain). NBCOT certification (or eligible). Physical ability to engage actively with children in a therapy setting. Skills and Attributes: Strong commitment to helping children with complex communication needs. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Enthusiasm for contributing to a multidisciplinary team. What We Offer Competitive starting salary: $69,390+, with yearly increases.
