What You’ll Do

As an STNA, you’ll be at the heart of patient care, providing both physical support and emotional encouragement. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility

• Supporting rehabilitation goals by encouraging independence and celebrating progress

• Building genuine connections with patients, families, and team members

• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions

• Helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
