Foster Parent Development Specialist

Health Connect America seeks a Foster Parent Development Specialist to recruit, train, and support foster parents providing therapeutic care to children and youth. In this role, you will conduct outreach, deliver pre‑service and ongoing training, complete home studies, and ensure compliance with licensing and agency standards. You will collaborate with clinicians, case managers, and community partners to match children with appropriate foster homes and monitor placement stability. This position combines fieldwork, documentation, and foster parent coaching to strengthen families and improve outcomes for children in care.
