We are seeking an experienced tax leader to oversee and grow a high-performing tax practice. This individual will lead complex tax planning and compliance engagements, develop senior-level talent, strengthen client relationships, and drive business development and practice growth. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop tax managers and senior leaders. Advise high-net-worth individuals and businesses on complex tax planning, M&A, estate planning, and business succession. Build strategic client relationships and identify opportunities to expand services. Oversee tax team resource planning, engagement profitability, and operational efficiency. Drive business development, client retention, and cross-functional collaboration. Champion technical excellence, process improvements, and continued professional development. Qualifications 10+ years of tax preparation and planning experience. CPA license or eligibility to obtain licensure. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. Expert knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Proven experience leading teams, managing complex engagements, and advising executive-level clients.
