Evening Neuroadiologist - Radiology Associates of Florida

Position Summary Radiology Associates of Florida (RAF) is hiring a radiologist for the evening shift (3p–11p) at Tampa General Hospital. Candidates may work 4–5 days per week with occasional weekends, 7-on‑7-off, or 7-on‑14-off. The role is on‑site, diagnostic only (no IR), and includes supervising radiology residents from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Workflow is primarily acute‑care radiology focused on the TGH emergency department, affiliated urgent‑care centers, and stat/urgent inpatient studies. Modalities include CT and radiography with occasional ultrasonography and MRI (neuro). No nuclear medicine or mammography. The facility uses a state‑of‑the‑art PACS suite and offers 8 weeks of vacation. Key Responsibilities Staff the evening shift (3p–11p) at Tampa General Hospital. Work a flexible schedule (4–5 days per week, 7‑on‑7‑off, or 7‑on‑14‑off) with occasional weekends. Provide diagnostic imaging services (CT, radiography, ultrasound, MRI). Supervise radiology residents from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Participate in acute‑care imaging for the emergency department, urgent‑care centers, and inpatient stat/urgent studies. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology. Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology. Fellowship training in any sub‑specialty (considered). Medical license in Florida or the ability to obtain one. Fellows and residents are welcome to apply. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $500,000 – $1,000,000. Annual discretionary bonus.
