We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as a reliable point of contact for prospective and current customers. You will answer questions, explain products, assist with orders, resolve concerns, and help create a positive experience from the first conversation through follow-up. No previous industry experience is required. New team members receive hands‑on training and continued support designed to build product knowledge, communication skills, and confidence from day one.
