Make a difference by supporting students’ growth and well-being as a school psychologist on a flexible, part-time contract basis. This opportunity focuses on assessment and evaluation, allowing you to leverage your expertise and provide essential insights for student success.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license (state credentials required)
- Experience conducting psychological and educational assessments in school settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP and special education processes
- Ability to interpret assessment data and communicate findings effectively
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct a variety of assessments and evaluations for students, as referred by the school team
- Prepare thorough reports summarizing findings and recommendations
- Participate in eligibility meetings and provide input on interventions and supports
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality in all documentation
- Consult with teachers and staff regarding student needs and best practices
- Contribute to the development of strategies for prevention and early intervention
