About the Company Design/Architecture firm looking for a Project Manager. Based in downtown San Jose, CA, we are a fast-growing Architecture firm that has been listed as one of the top 10 Commercial Architects in Silicon Valley. Our projects include extensive exterior renovation and market‑ready commercial shell buildings, corporate interiors, tenant improvements, and medical office suites. Due to growth, we have an immediate need for a talented Project Manager with a passion for Architecture & Design. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $115,000 - $130,000 per year. Competitive base salary and bonus potential Fun work environment Comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match Flexible work schedules Accelerated career growth Job Details We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative Engineering team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of engineering projects, including office buildings, mixed-use properties, plazas, and outdoor areas. The role entails driving the project from inception to completion, focusing on renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple engineering projects from inception to completion, focusing on commercial and mixed‑use properties. Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with a team of engineers, architects, and contractors, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. Use advanced tools such as Adobe, SketchUp, and 3D rendering to create and present design plans and concepts. Oversee the renovation and repositioning of properties, including office buildings, plazas, and outdoor areas. Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with all regulations and codes. Conduct risk management processes to minimize project risks and potential issues. Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders and senior management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the engineering industry, with a focus on commercial projects and tenant improvements (TI). Proven experience with Adobe, SketchUp, and 3D rendering. Solid understanding and experience with renovation, repositioning, and exterior and interior transformations of properties. Strong knowledge of construction management processes. Experience managing project budgets and resources. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficient in project management software tools, techniques, and methodologies.
