About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Program Delivery to take on a pivotal role in the strategic and operational management of a significant portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day project activities, internal team management, client communication, resourcing, and financial reporting. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in overseeing large-scale, multidisciplinary portfolios, ensuring the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and financial health. The VP of Program Delivery will be a key partner to the EVP of Client Partnership, driving the financial integrity of the portfolio and infusing thought leadership in AI integration and emerging technologies. A people-centered, results-driven approach is essential, as is the ability to lead a large team of experts, mentor them, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. Applicants for the Vice President of Program Delivery position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience, with a strong background in digital agency, consultancy, or tech-services. The role requires a leader who is a process enthusiast, capable of building and evolving systems that support the creative and technical aspects of delivery. The ideal candidate will be a flex leader, able to operate at a strategic level while being deeply involved in the execution process.
