Information Technology Program Manager

The Intelligence Community Office of the Inspector General is searching for exceptional candidates to join us in fulfilling our mission to identify and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct across the 18 elements of the Intelligence Community. Demonstrated ability to develop or implement information systems security plans and procedures. Demonstrated ability to design and document system specifications and produce prototypes to demonstrate design. Demonstrated ability to monitor trends in development, including the ability to assess the viability of competing technologies and recommend the adaption of emerging technologies. Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to produce clear and logical reports. Thorough knowledge of and experience in Intelligence Community and/or OIG mission and responsibilities. Desired Requirements Understanding of the business operations of IC elements and Offices of Inspector General.
