Quality Lead

Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking a Quality Technician Lead to help support our Phillips-Medisize Medical Facility located in New Richmond, WI Our Team For over 60 years Phillips-Medisize has helped companies develop and manufacture innovative products that help people live healthier and more productive lives. What You Will Do Lead and mentor the Quality Technician team throughout theD2shift, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing quality-related concerns on the production floor. Provide inputforperformance evaluations and feedback for team members. Manage essential quality processes, including quality notifications, batch record evaluations, label preparation, and non-conformance events. Support quality systems by gathering andsupplying information to internal stakeholders, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and compliant with GMP standards. Assist during audits and site visits, providing necessary quality support. Collaborate with team members to undertake additional quality-related tasks as assigned. Perform monthly environmental monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards. Facilitate training sessions for new hires to instill quality awareness and practices. Coordinate floor schedules to optimize quality operations. Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement within quality systems. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) A minimum of2 yearsof quality experience What Will Put You Ahead Experience using SAP/ERP system Measurement experience using Calipers, Micrometers, CMM or Visions Systems Experience working in a manufacturing environment Previous leadershipexperience This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
