Registered Nurse (RN) - PediatricsWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics to join our team in providing exceptional care to patients ranging from ages 0-17, including medical surgical and hematology/oncology cases. This position involves working in a dynamic environment where you will play a critical role in patient care.Job Details:Target Ratios: 1:5-6Shift: 36 hours can be offeredSchedule: 12-hour days from 06:45 to 19:15RTO: Maximum of 7 days for Aya Auto OfferCall Requirement: NoneFloat Requirement: Yes - Float to PICU and NICUWeekend Requirement: Every other weekendQualifications:Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience required.Traveler Experience: 1st time travelers accepted with at least 2 years of experience.Skills Required: Administering chemotherapy, IV start, and lab draws.Certifications: BCLS and PALS required; chemotherapy experience and certification preferred.Unit Information:The unit utilizes PYXIS and EPIC systems, and operates with a self-scheduling system. All staff will need to complete a 24-hour unit orientation, along with a week of hospital orientation that requires daily attendance for classes. Please note that scrubs are not provided; fun kid-themed tops and navy pants are encouraged.Join our dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of young patients and their families!
