Lead Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative

Palo Duro Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Lead Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital’s front desk while ensuring an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate supports and mentors the client service team, manages appointment flow, addresses client concerns, and serves as a key liaison between clients, medical staff, and hospital leadership. The Lead Receptionist helps maintain efficient administrative processes, promotes a positive and professional team culture, and ensures both clients and patients feel welcomed and supported throughout their visit. Schedule And Compensation Compensation: $16-$20 per hour, for each hour worked This is a full-time position, with Monday-Friday, or Monday-Thursday schedule. NO WEEKENDS!! Ability to provide compassionate, professional service to clients during both routine and emotionally sensitive situations Strong organizational and time management skills Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a team Ability to remain calm, professional and solution-oriented during busy periods Why Choose Palo Duro?
