Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role based in Naples, FL. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Day‑to‑day tasks include selecting tools and fixtures, loading programs, performing test runs, monitoring machine performance, and making offsets or adjustments to maintain tight tolerances. The role also involves inspecting parts using measurement tools, documenting results for quality control, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues. The CNC Machinist will be expected to follow safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and contribute to continuous improvement in processes and throughput. Qualifications Proficiency in machine operation and machinery setup, including CNC equipment and related tools. Hands‑on experience in machining and milling for precision components in production environments. Strong quality control skills, including use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, and inspection documentation. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Familiarity with CNC programming concepts, offsets, and basic troubleshooting of machine issues. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and consistent, high‑quality output. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as needed, and work effectively in a fast‑paced shop environment. Previous experience as a CNC Machinist in defense, medical, aerospace, or similar precision industries preferred.
