What You'll Do

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you'll help residents maintain their independence while providing compassionate, personalized care by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene
• Providing companionship and building meaningful relationships with residents
• Encouraging participation in social activities and community events
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' physical or emotional well-being
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, and resident safety
• Partnering with nurses and fellow team members to provide exceptional resident care
• Helping create a warm, welcoming, and engaging environment where residents can thrive

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (Required)
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or home care is a plus, but not required
