Job Description

Job Summary:
Perform radiographic procedures for patients in surgical settings, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety. Maintain and operate radiographic equipment, adhering to radiation protection standards. Contribute to a safe and efficient clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures for surgical patients.
• Operate, clean, and maintain radiographic equipment, making minor adjustments as needed.
• Protect patients and staff from radiation hazards through proper safety protocols.
• Maintain supplies, including film and radiographic materials, ensuring availability for procedures.
• Document procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of radiography experience or equivalent certification.
• Current ARRT certification in Radiology.
• Valid state licensure to perform radiographic procedures.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient protection practices.
• Ability to operate radiographic equipment and adjust settings accurately.
