Investor Relations Analyst (Product)

Overview Hamilton Lane is a global private‑markets investment firm focused on delivering innovative solutions to institutional and private investors worldwide. Opportunity As part of the Global Client Solutions Team, the Product Team manages and executes all product aspects across our investment platforms. In this analyst role you will provide generalist product support, learn our broad offerings, and contribute to investor relations and fundraising initiatives. Responsibilities Support day‑to‑day product operations within assigned platforms. Maintain internal document libraries and content repositories that support distribution of content to sales and relationship management teams. Partner cross‑functionally on implementation, governance, and ongoing administration of content management tools. Create, update, and maintain core product marketing materials such as pitchbooks, fact sheets, standard templates, and cross‑platform collateral, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Collaborate with team associates to update existing standard product and cross‑platform marketing content. Service existing product investors by handling ad‑hoc requests and owning recurring deliverables. Update investor communication documents and templates after performance data is completed and submit for review by supervising team members. Participate in business development projects that require data gathering and analysis. Support team projects across platforms, often collaborating with multiple departments. Qualifications Minimum 4‑year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in lieu of a degree). 0‑2+ years of work experience in a financial industry setting preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Nice‑to‑have skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Highly motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload. Proactive problem‑solving and teamwork to overcome challenges. Demonstrated success in cross‑functional projects and meeting deadlines. Travel Up to 5% domestic/international travel.
