As an associate attorney at Watters Wolf Bub Hansmann, you would be expected to manage a diverse caseload of matters from inception to resolution which may involve communicating with colleagues and clients, conducting legal research, preparing legal pleadings, motions, and briefs, participating in the discovery process, and appearing in court. First year associates are given opportunities to meet with clients, take depositions, and prepare and argue motions in court within the first few months of practicing. In addition to seeking associate attorneys who have an interest in appearing in court proceedings, Watters Wolf Bub Hansmann is seeking associate attorneys who are primarily interested in legal research and writing to provide necessary support to our litigators and become a part of our research and writing teams in motion practice, appellate briefing and argument and providing legal analysis and support to our clients both pre-suit and after suit is filed.
