Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $24.24 per Hour with Overtime every week

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
• Moving raw materials and finished goods using a tow motor (forklift)
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility
• Monitoring production processes and following work instructions
• Performing basic equipment inspections
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Recording production information and supporting team goals

This position is ideal for someone who understands that showing up on time, every day, is essential. Excellent attendance and punctuality are the most important qualifications for success in this role. We need dependable employees who can be counted on to support production and their teammates.

Required Qualifications

✔ Minimum of 2 years of tow motor (forklift) experience
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physical labor throughout the shift
✔ Commitment to workplace safety
✔ Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
✔ High School Diploma or GED preferred
